“Hope and fear cannot occupy the same space. Invite one to stay" - Maya Angelou

I believe that therapy should be a space where every part of you is welcome—your fears, your hopes, your heritage, your humour, and your contradictions. My work is rooted in the belief that we all carry stories shaped by relationships, identity, culture, and life experiences—and that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood in our full complexity.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where clients can explore what matters most to them. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity questions, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply looking for a deeper connection with yourself, I work with you to make sense of what’s going on and to create meaningful, sustainable change.

My practice is guided by values of inclusivity, social justice, and cultural sensitivity. I understand how factors like race, gender, sexuality, faith, migration, and family systems can impact mental health. I work particularly with clients who may have felt unseen or misunderstood in other spaces—offering a trauma-informed, intersectional approach that is both empowering and non-pathologising.
